Matt

Matt founded Code and is the CEO. He spent 12 years as an account man in advertising and marketing services agencies. That experience gave him the belief that technology can make marketing more sufficient and more effective - and that belief was and remains the driving force behind Code. Matt opened the US office in 2007, making his wife move continents with a new baby. This has yet to be forgiven. He is Mancunian, Cambridge-educated, speaks a couple of languages (now poorly), an ex-DJ and will readily debate football and/or politics at any time.
Code's end-deliverable is typically a software installation. But the real value lies in the people who have understood and defined our clients' business challenges and developed solutions to these. We find this a really creative and entrepreneurial process. Here are some of the more senior people who do this at Code.
