Second, dealers can customise every message to every customer. Prospects get direct mail or e-mail (based on their preference) featuring their vehicle and an offer that is directly relevant to them.

Last, dealers have effectiveness reports on how their servicing division is performing versus regional and national benchmarks.

The effect is better communications to more interested customers, resulting in more profits – and the costs of print and e-mail blasts are minimised through bulk buying.
