Susan Takpi graduated specializing in Business information Systems and has been working as a Business Analyst for 8 years with Project Management experience. Susan joined Code as a Business Analyst promoting a formal analysis process internally and with clients. She has a passion for seeing a project from inception to delivery and working with clients during this process. Susan is now the Program Delivery Director over seeing Project Management, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance in the U.K, aiming to ensure projects meet client expectations and are managed using a standard approach. In her spare time runs a catering business specializing in a fusion between West African, Caribbean and British food.

Code's end-deliverable is typically a software installation. But the real value lies in the people who have understood and defined our clients' business challenges and developed solutions to these.
